For any internet banking, account enquiries or to order an eftpos card and your account number begins with the prefix '38' please call Client Care on:

You can order an eftpos card online at nzhltransact.co.nz (simply select 'Settings and Services' and then 'Order New Zealand Home Loans Card'). Please note: if your card has been lost or stolen you will need to cancel your current card first by calling the above number or emailing callcentre@nzhltransact.co.nz.

SWIFT code is a standard format of Bank Identifier Codes (BIC) and it is a unique identification code for a particular bank.
These codes are used when transferring money between banks, particularly for international wire transfers.

If your account number begins with '38' the swift code you need is SWIFT code: CITINZ2X.
