New Zealand Home Loans - Kapiti Limited (In liquidation)
The above company is in liquidation due to the shareholders no longer operating this entity. Appointment of a liquidator is a statutory requirement when closing up a company. This company is not related to New Zealand Home Loan Company Limited and liquidation in no way affects any clients’ loan arrangements with New Zealand Home loans. In addition, there are three New Zealand Home Loan Franchises in the Kapiti Coast region (Levin, Kapiti Coast and Paraparaumu) none of which are affected by the above liquidation.

Hi Kim,
And in truth, I thought I was on the right track with something I had been working on, but when I plugged in the figures I realised how wrong I was. Thanks to debtnav, I was able to modify things in the short term to prevent things falling down around my ears.
Kind regards,
from a very impressed client,
D Wright
It was reported recently in the news that there has been a 30% decrease in the number of new mortgages (nationwide, across all lenders) compared to the same time last year. Given that we have had a recession this is not a surprising statistic. However, with the same market conditions as every other lender in New Zealand, NZ Home Loans has done 22% more new home loans compared to the same time last year. This is a phenomenal result and one which we are extremely proud of!
New Zealand Home Loans has announced a special home loan package for people affected by the earthquakes in Christchurch and eligible for the Government’s red zone assistance. Home loan lending at a 2 per cent discount on its floating rate (presently 5.85%) for a year from draw down is available to all new and existing New Zealand Home Loans clients who accept the offer from the Government and wish to purchase or build a property elsewhere. Normal lending criteria will apply. For more information contact your Consultant or phone 0800 Debt Free.

New Zealand Home Loans is pleased and proud to be sponsoring Jesse Reynolds,we helped him get to the Paralympic Youth Games in Australia in October this year.
It was a huge achievement to qualify for these games and Jesse competed in up to 8 swimming events!
"Jesse swam several personal bests and has won a bronze medal in his favourite event, the 400m Freestyle. We are of course very proud of him and his achievements, particularly as he only turned 13 just before the games and was swimming in the 13 to 15 age group".
This was Jess's first international event. He not only broke a number of his own personal bests but he also achieved a bronze medal in his favourite event, the 400m freestyle.
We are very proud to have been able to help Jesse achieve this milestone in his life. The games were held in Melbourne from the 5th - 11th October. For more information on the Paralympic Games you can visit www.paralympic.org.au
