The Business Owner Internship Program gives you the opportunity to join our Internship for new Franchisees. The Internship Program enables you to enter into a New Zealand Home Loans Franchise as smoothly as possible.

All new Franchisees start as Interns and attend training courses enabling them to learn the basic skills of a New Zealand Home Loans Consultant. They are then supported by an established Franchise for a year.  Internship sales targets must be met before an Intern can set up their own Franchise. This gives the new Franchisee the chance to “earn while they learn” and provides immediate guidance and mentoring from experienced Business Owners. Business Development Managers, Administration, Marketing and Communication Support are provided by Head Office.

To succeed at the Internship Program you need to have the right attitude. All our people have a commitment to the core philosophy of the Company: putting our clients in the drivers seat so they can achieve their dreams. Earning potential varies according to location but full-time Franchisees are expected to earn over $100,000 per annum and in addition there are no restrictive territories.

Applicants need to be a New Zealand Permanent Resident living in New Zealand.
